At Hair to Play, we work extremely hard to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped on the same business day. Our dedicated team operates Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays, to provide you with timely service. Please note that our cutoff time for same-day shipping is 2:00 PM CST. Any orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to getting your fabulous hair care products to you as quickly as possible!

Shipping Carriers:
We primarily use UPS and FedEx for all domestic shipments. This ensures your fabulous hair care products arrive safely and in a timely manner. Get ready to elevate your self-expression with our carefully curated selection, all while enjoying the peace of mind that comes with reliable delivery!

Shipping Areas:
Please note that we only ship to the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. territories at this time.

International Shipping

We currently regret to inform our customers that we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States. Returns

Return Policy

At Hair to Play, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Items must be in their original condition and unopened to qualify for a full refund.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products due to hygiene reasons.

Process:

  1. To begin your return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Once you have your RMA number, securely package your item, including your order number and RMA number.

  3. Ship your item back to us at the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent).

Refunds:

  • Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified period.

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for replacing the item at no cost to you.
